Religious inclusiveness is a fundamental component of a multicultural society, particularly in a diverse country like Nigeria. Given the country's plurality in religious affiliations primarily Christianity, Islam, and Traditional African Religions education serves as a critical platform for fostering interfaith harmony. This study examines the role of religious inclusiveness in collaborative teaching strategies in the Nigerian education system. It explores how integrating religious inclusiveness in teaching methodologies can create equitable learning environments, enhance student interactions, and mitigate religious conflicts. Using a qualitative research approach, this study analyzes existing policies, pedagogical frameworks, and real-life case studies from Nigerian educational institutions. The findings highlight challenges such as biased curriculum content, inadequate teacher training, and religious intolerance, while proposing solutions such as curriculum reform, interfaith dialogue, and policy enhancements. This paper underscores the need for a holistic approach to religious inclusiveness in education to foster national unity, peace, and sustainable development.
