Abstract

Climate change presents an urgent global challenge that demands integrated solutions across education, policy, and technology. This paper argues for a deeply interdisciplinary framework that embeds climate science into education while aligning it with policy development in Nigeria and across the African continent. By reviewing literature from both local and global scholarship, we emphasize the intersection of indigenous knowledge systems, teacher training, EdTech innovation, and policy collaboration to deliver actionable recommendations. Our aim is to provide a blueprint for an inclusive, contextually grounded, and sustainable educational framework capable of preparing climate-literate citizens to lead change.
